My name is Misha Garza López and I love food. Before I moved to the US for college, I worked as a chef for a catering company for four years in Monterrey, Mexico. I used to cook for hundreds of people. During this time, I collected recipes and tips from everyone who was willing to offer them. I have recipes from my family, my friends, and chefs I worked with that I now use every day. When I went to college, I had to adjust to only cooking for myself but I didn’t want to let go of the cheap prices per-meal that I could achieve in big events. Plus, I had more responsibilities to handle in living alone so I couldn’t spend the whole weekend cooking. As a senior in college now, I’m here to share everything I’ve learned over the last seven years with you.
